Scott Russell & Co is a non-regulated private consultancy firm that can help in the early stage of potential high growth companies with a view of generating a return through an eventual realisation event such as a trade sale or merger of the company. We can facilitate investments which are generally made as cash in exchange for shares in the company or via "sweat equity" where we help build the business through our network of skilled professionals who will typically hold a place on the board as executive or non-executive directors.
